Annual Youth Rally RegistrationThe registration form for the Rally is submitted online and the two forms for Andes Tower Hills have to be printed off and filled out. You have to have these forms with you when you check in at Andes Tower Hills. If there is a family or group you can all sign the same Daysign Liability form as long as you are all checking in at the same time.
Below are the forms needed for registration at Andes Tower Hills. Please note that in able to get the group rate,($30) forms and payment must be submitted to the church by Tuesday the 2nd. Otherwise it will be the full rate to go skiing/snowboarding. Each person should have their Equipment Form with them to check in at Andes. There is no cost to attend to the Youth Rally other then the cost for skiing/snowboarding. The group rate is $30
